My site was frozen and broken for two days now

    WooCommerce Smart COD affected my e-commerce site for two days now; the site was broken and I could not login via https://www.example.com/wp-admin. I did not know what the challenge was. So logged in via SSH and I deactivated and uninstalled all my plugins until I discovered it was WooCommerce Smart COD that caused it.

    I could have given you a bad rating, but I decided not to do that because I know you put much effort and resources in developing and maintaining your plugins which we use for free most times.

    Please update the plugin if need be before it will affect any site.

    Hello!

    The plugin cannot “froze” any site. It currently has 30000 active installations without a such an issue.

    Can you please send us an error log relating this incident and the plugin? we may can help you spot the issue
