My sitemap is showing only one working page and lots of deleted ones

  • How can I update the site map. It is showing only one menu item that is black. The rest are greyed out and a lot of deleted ones are up there. They have been deleted for at least a week. how can I rectify this. I believe it is affecting my rankings? I had one page that was right at the top of google for a week or so and now it had completely disappeared….is not ranked. I cannot work out what is wrong, but the site map should be current I believe??

  • Have you looked at other threads in this forum – for example –

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/xml-sitemap-blank?replies=4

    Or consider using another SEO plugin or sitemap plugin.

    (I’ve deleted your two duplicate threads – that’s really not cool here, sorry.)

    I tried using another sitemap plugin and it did not solve the problem?
