Hi,

I used Simple Author Box plugin but In this author section my social media are not social. I tried several time but still not showing.

Here’s couple of issues I’m facing.

1. Once I used these plugin setting “https://prnt.sc/12zx6ih” My social icon is not showing in the author section here is the link : https://prnt.sc/12zx9iu.

2. When I used these plugin setting “https://prnt.sc/12zxcmz” still social icons not showing but I found there are 2 author section created. Here is the link : https://prnt.sc/12zxc1w

3. Using both of setting social icons not showing, even when I open author page there are not bio appear there and social media too. Here is the author detail screen shot link : https://prnt.sc/12zxhbt

All three conditions I’m not showing author social media links and author pages not found.

Hi,
Since you tried out all the options I really don’t have any other ideas to try. It has to be a conflict with some other plugin or maybe cache that’s preventing you to see changes done when switching options.

I think there is no conflict with other plugins.

I tried to deactivate all plugins except simple author but still the same issues we are facing.

Yess now social icons coming with this CSS. But on the author page still aurthor details are not sowing. Bio, image, social icons nothing shows up.

I have the same issue, the social links are in the user profile but the divs are not being created in the frontend. The onlyone that can make it appear is the email.
It is random between users,
works fine: https://mistica.digital/author/pr0duc3r/
works wrong: https://mistica.digital/author/chey

I tried disabling all other plugins and nothing changes.
