My stats are still at zero

I was getting a lot of spam registrations before I installed this plugin. It been about 3 days now and no spam so far (yay) but the stats show that no spam has been blocked either. All five counters are still at zero. So I’m wondering what the issue might be. I just want to be certain that the plugin is working properly and not blocking legitimate traffic. Thanks.
