My stats have been lost since last update ! :/

Since I updated my website https://www.cargoculte.be to WP 4.3, Jetpack told me I was disconnected from WordPress.com.
Once I did reconnect it, all my stats (years!) seems to have disappeared.Could someone help ?
Please tell me it’s a bug…PS on WordPress.com, I see the entry cargoculte.be duplicated, but both of them have empty stats.
