My Stats Stopped Working After Jetpack Update

  • After I saw the alert that an update was avaialable yesterday (May 26) I did the update and only happen to notice later that my stats were not changing and at first thought no one was coming to my site but when i checked on Google analytics people were indeed on so I put 2 and 2 together and realized that after the JP update my stats stopped working.

    At first I thought it was because I’m only on WP 4.4.2 but I read the JP latest update and it says 4.4 or higher so I’m assuming that 4.4.2 can’t be the reason.

    Would love to get my stats back, little help please.

    OKay so I think I’ve resolved it on my own. I deactivated then reactivated Jeptpack and that seemed to fix it. I will give it a day and see if it continues to work.
