Hi, I’ve been unable to duplicate stories or access the “My Stories” or “Explore Templates” tab. Earlier today, I published a story with no issues. I downloaded the “Health Check” plugin but I’m not sure what to do next to fix this issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@crystalholli Hi there! Thank you for your report. That’s great you have the Health Check plugin because it can help rule out plugin conflicts. It safely disables all other plugins, but only for you, not for visitors (so nothing will break).

1.) After activating troubleshooting mode in that plugin, you can enable the Web Stories plugin and let me know if the issue is present.
    – Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
    – Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.

2.) If possible, could you check for any browser console errors in the browser dev tools and send us a screenshot?

3.) If you see an error, it would be great if we can get the _Response_ on the request too. Here’s how to do it:

    – In the dev tools, go to the _Network tab_
    – Find and select the request that failed under the _Name column_. It should be highlighted in red (you may need to refresh the page again).
    – Go to the _Response tab_, and take a screenshot or copy/ paste what is there.

Here’s a video example on where to navigate: https://recordit.co/90feR8mX5h

4.) Lastly, could you provide your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer. Please include your hosting provider/ CDN service in this form too.

@luckynasan I enabled troubleshooting mode and started with the Web Stories plugin. The issue is still present. I’m still getting a please wait on the My Stories and Explore Templates tabs.

    Thanks,
    Crystal

@crystalholli Thank you so much for the update. Could you see if you can perform checks 2-4 from above and let us know what the results are?

@luckynasan I disabled a few plugins and found the one that was somehow blocking my Stories from loading correctly – WordFence. My Stories and Templates seem to be loading fine now. Thanks for all your help!

@crystalholli Interesting! Did you see any browser console errors when you noticed that plugin conflicting with your Stories dashboard? We’ll try to test on our end too but happy you were able to pinpoint what is causing the conflict.

@crystalholli I’ll mark this as resolved, but feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist. Thank you!
