my subscribe button doesn't work

people get an “error” message when they try to subscribe to my blog: https://www.fromsadnesstolove.com. How can I fix this? I don’t know what version of WordPress I have. I signed up for wordpress in April, 2015. I never did this before. If you can help me please email me at: [email protected].
