    No, I’m using only forminator to collect emails, and to send discount codes.

    And yes I receive messages when someone register.

    Hope you are doing fine!

    If you receive messages when someone registers, it means the email delivery works fine in the site. Could you perform some additional verification and test?

    1. Verify the notification for the subscribers has the email field in the recipient tab as indicated below:

    2. Also, test the form as a subscriber and add an email address you have access to (preferably, different from the admin email address). And verify if you receive the message. In this way you can check if the issue is related to the form or to the email of the subscriber.

    Please perform the recommended verification and test and let know of additional hep is required.
