My subscribers have disappeared !!

  • Hello,

    I wanted to send a newsletter today and I only see 18 subscribers. I use to have more than 400 some weeks ago.
    How can that be possible ?
    I didn’t do anything particular. I’m still in version 3.0.7 of your plugin.
    Strange thing, my last NL appears as sent to 420 people. I can see the opening rate (23%) and the clic rate (4,8%) but in the last column it’s writen “Pas encore envoyé”/”Not send yet”.
    What can I do ?
    Is there a way to get back my subscribers without restoring a backup ?
    Will it happen again ?

    One more thing : if I remember well, I’ve started with the beta version of Mailpoet 3.
    Could I’ve lost my subscribers during the update to the regular version ?
