• I have a 10-day autoresponder campaign going. It is my first campaign of this size and scope. I am testing it with a few friends first in order to make sure that it works properly.

Several of my friends are reporting that they stop getting the e-mails. The reports show that the e-mail was sent to them but was not opened.

However, this doesn’t seem to be consistent, as some people do continue to get the e-mails.

    Any suggestions?

If the emails are going out but they don’t get them, 99% sure they are in the spam folders. Try using SMTP for better delivery.

I have 7 active subscribers with 10 e-mails (one per day) in the campaign.

Some subscribers report receiving the first 4, then none thereafter.

Some subscribers report receiving 1, 2, and 3, skipping 4, and then getting 5 – which is the weirdest to me.

I have asked them to check their spam folders, and they say it is not in the spam folder.

I am so confused by the inconsistency. The reports on my end show that the e-mails are sent, but not being opened. These are my friends, not random people, for the test, so I am actively discussing the results with them and they are on top of it. It mystifies me.

    Any thoughts?

If the report shows them as sent, they are sent. You have problems with delivery which is outside of the scope of the plugin. Try using SMTP, it will most likely solve it.
