My Subscriptions Fatal Error

    Hello,

    I’ve seen other users have the Fatal Error when trying to access the My Subscriptions page. I get the following error:

    So. Where can I download 4.3.1 OR when is the patch going to be released. This is somewhat affecting our business in a negative way.

    I see that you are trying to access your subscriptions page via the My-accounts page and getting the above fatal error.

    I am not seeing your system status so I can say that I’ve seen this error for customers who haven’t updated to latest version of Subscriptions. I would recommend to be on the latest versions of WooCommerce/stripe/subscriptions after testing on a staging site and taking regular backups ofcourse.

    If the error persists then, I think it might be best if you could submit a ticket to us here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    This will allow us to get more information about your site that you might not wish to share on a public forum. Specifically, Please include the status report from WooCommerce >> status >> Copy for support as that will allow us to understand your setup and check for issues.
