    Hi guys,

    Yesterday I changed one of my welcome emails for the subscribers and since yesterday I tried to suscribe me with one of my emails and I just received the confirmation email but not the rest of them. I have 10 welcome emails and the first one I send it just immediately after the confirmation email.

    I’m using the last version of Mail Poet, Firefox browser and a MacBook Pro 10.11.6.

    Could you helpe me, please?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I have a few questions about the issue you are describing:

    – Have you ever subscribed with this email address before?
    – Do you have Sign Up Confirmation (Double Opt-in) feature enabled? If so, did you confirm your subscription by clicking the link in the email you received? The Welcome Email will only be sent once their status changes from “Unconfirmed” to “Subscribed”. While they are listed as “Unconfirmed”, Welcome Emails will be scheduled but not processed.

    Yes, I’ve subscribed with this email before and I’ve unsubscribed and then I’ve subscribed again.

    The problem is that I received the confirmation email, but when I confirm my email I don’t receive the first welcome email. In my list the email is “subscribed”.

    Shall I try with an other email?

    Hi @mariacv,

    Yes, I’ve subscribed with this email before and I’ve unsubscribed and then I’ve subscribed again.

    If you have already received this Welcome Email before, when subscribing using this email address for the first time, it’s expected that you won’t receive it again.

    In order to use the same email address, you’d need to completely delete yourself as a subscriber by moving it to the Trash and then permanently deleting it from there.

    In this case, I believe it’s easier to try subscribing using a different email address, so you can test if the Welcome Emails are being sent properly.
