  • Instead of the editor, a style selection is shown which probably brings the theme you are using. Have you changed the theme? Or installed any plugin at all last?

i installed a new theme within their template. how can i just factory reset everything and reinstall my theme?

If you want to reset all settings of the theme you are using, it might be enough to completely delete it and then reinstall it. To do this, go to Appearance > Themes, activate a different theme and then delete the one you are currently using. Then reinstall the theme in the same place. If this does not reset the settings, you should contact the support of the theme you are using.

First you need to change and check it with WordPress default theme if the issue not occurs then you need check with the theme support if required.
