my thankyou page wont work

    my thankyou page for my product for sale doesn’t work, could it be filezilla i don’t know anymore, i have tested this page a few times and it seemed to work and now when clickbank tested it, it says not authorised….. i have looked through the theme settings and the url to get the content is correct and spelled correctly. Is there anything i may have forgotten to check?

    What do you mean? If this is a WordPress page I’m not sure how an FTP program would affect this.

    i had to put my ebook in the public html in filezilla for the thankyou page to work and tell wordpress where it is…..here is the link to my thankyou page all you will see is not authorised, how do i fix it? https://affiliate.fayesdonline.com/thank-you/

    this is what happens when i do a test sale through clickbank.

    Hi there – I’m not sure that’s actually a WordPress error. From what I see and what you’ve said, it looks like the WP page exists on your site OK, but there’s perhaps an issue related to your payment process. Unfortunately that’s not something I can help you with, but if your system is set up through Clickbank I would contact their support.

    I took this product from the clickbank site and put it through the pay pal site and still have the same problem.

    where do i go to see if the page is set to private?

    the page is set to public, i found that in the dashboard.
