My Theme is Activated but old theme is showing up on my URL

    I am trying to build my theme and I need to be able to view it to see how the changes are coming out. When I go to my direct URL, it is showing some other theme that looks like the default wordpress theme. My current theme on my wp admin page is correct, why isnt my current theme the one showing up in my url??
