• Hello. Lately I’m having problems loading the theme (newspaper) on mobile devices. At first it worked correctly, but for a few days on PC it loads well and looks as it should, but on mobile phones and tablets it appears with a different theme. I can’t see the full content of the website. On occasions I have managed to solve the problem but when I make a change or add a new entry it fails again. I have tried with and without AMP but the problem persists. I hope you can help me because I don’t know what else to do. Thank you. If necessary I can add them as managed so they can carry out checks from wordpress

  • Important point: Regular pages, such as the Contact Us page, are present on the desktop version of the Newspaper theme only, not appear on the “Mobile theme.”

    1. Solved the issue with the Newspaper mobile theme path by toggling the on/off button.
To do this, navigate to Jetpack > Settings > Optimize your site for smartphones > OFF.
    2. Deactivating the Jetpack Plugin may solve your problem. This can be due to a conflict between the theme and Jetpack for creating a mobile-friendly site.

A newspaper theme comes with a dedicated optimized mobile theme that can be enabled by installing a tagDiv mobile theme plugin.

Install and activate the plugin in the Theme Panel under the Plugins section

Make sure the “Mobile” or “Mobile + AMP” option is selected in the “AMP settings” section.

Sometimes, plugins can interfere with the theme’s mobile functionality. Temporarily deactivate plugins like Jetpack or other caching plugins to see if the issue persists. If it resolves, activate them one by one to identify

Clear your browser cache and browsing data on your mobile devices.?Additionally,?clear the server cache if you have access to it.
