Not too long ago I installed a new theme to my website. The theme is called Papyrus. It was working fine; no problems, and it is still working. Today I noticed that my website was running a bit slow, and my admin login was running slow as well and then I found something. Wordfence, (a plugin I use) caught something.

It gave me these two reports:

This file may contain malicious executable code

    Filename: wp-content/themes/papyrus/footer.php
File type: Not a core, theme or plugin file.
Issue first detected: 6 hours 24 mins ago.
    Severity: Critical
    Status New

This file is a PHP executable file and contains an eval() function and base64() decoding function on the same line. This is a common technique used by hackers to hide and execute code. If you know about this file you can choose to ignore it to exclude it from future scans.

Is there anything I can do to fix these problems because I absolutely admire this theme?

    Please help!
