my theme wont show

  • I am using the Basic Theme on https://www.bodypreserver.com and can only seem to show a 2012 theme. I deactivated all plugins, and now I can only get to my customized theme when I click on the link to my 1st post in the sidebar. When I get there and click home, it goes right back to the 2012 theme that I do not want. What gives?

    Right but on my dashboard I have the Basic theme activated. I even went as far as deleting the Twenty Fifteen Theme completely. if you click on my contact or about us page, it looks like it should. But when I click home, it reverts back to the Twenty Fifteen Theme. How do I have 2 different themes active?

    I see now. I will take a look at it.

    You may need to contact their support, as it is likely an issue with their theme/plugin and not WordPress. Have you went back through the documentation/installation instructions to see if you missed something? https://wp-puzzle.com/docs/basic
    It is hard to find the problem without being on the back end.

    probably because you are using an outdated theme. Does the theme need to be activated? Did you buy it?
