My themes uploads just partly, ERROR

Hi, i have problem with uploading themes. i upload throught the wp dashboard, appearance, themes – install themes (by uploading .zip file) but it shows error message “The uploaded file could not be moved to /hermes/bosweb/web061/b618/ipg.lililv/wp-content/uploads/2011/08.”
And if i try to upload theme throuht FTP, it also shows error and load just some part from theme. Where could be problem? i do all like in tutorials.
