    Hello! I’m not exactly sure where to go for a premium support plugin question. Your website mentions on the contact page to go here but there’s no form to fill out a ticket. We purchased the My Tickets: Donation plugin and we were charged but an error message popped up. We don’t see the transaction in our account on your website and there are no files to download. We also didn’t get a confirmation email so thought we’d reach out here. We filled out your contact form to try and contact you but not sure you received it because we haven’t had a response.

    It’s under a different email than what I’m using here on www.ads-software.com. If you could email me or let me know your email, I can have the person who purchased it from my company reach out. We’d really like to get the download of the plugin we purchased to finish development.

    I can’t provide any support for premium plugins here; it’s against the www.ads-software.com forum policies.

    But, to provide context for anybody else following up here, there was an unknown error that occurred in the purchase process that left the purchaser only partially registered and the purchase partially completed, which is why they weren’t able to get access to the support forms or notifications.
