    Hi:

hmmm…that is strange. Lets do a couple of quick tests.

    1. Go to your PERMALINKS page and click the save button so that WordPress can update its peramlink structure.

    2. If that doesn’t fix the issue, can you try with just the Awesome Support plugin enabled and a basic core theme (2015/16/17)?

Let me know if either of those work and we can go from there.

    Thanks.

    Thank you for your reply.

The problem was solved when i replied on the ticket using the support agent account, which means that new tickets will not show to the user until it’s status is changed or a comment is added by the agent, how can i show the new tickets to the user?

I have a second question which is related to polylang,
My default language is “Arabic” and your plugin is working great on both english and arabic but i’m facing a problem that when an english user clicks on “my tickets” he is redirected to the Arabic page. I believe the problem might be that we are not given the option to select multiple pages to be “tickets list” page under settings>plugin pages unlike the “ticket submission” option which allows to select multiple pages.

I would really appreciate your assistance in both points.

Thank you very much for your support.

    Hi:

For the first issue, I would still try it with all other plugins disabled and the theme switched to 2015/16/17. The behavior you have described is not normal so there is likely a theme or plugin conflict.

For the second issue you’re running into the limitation where we only support a single language. While most of the plugin that handle multiple languages simultaneously there are some parts that do not. The tickets list page is one of those parts. You would need to add custom code to allow for redirects to a different page based on the language. Sorry about the bad news on this.

We recently added two new filters to the plugin to help developers with this but they are only going to be available in the next release. You or your developers can back-port those filters if you like (https://github.com/Awesome-Support/Awesome-Support/commit/b0f611f9d7a1595a13b2c47e19e12a50b4ede6f7).

Hi @ramaraob – can you please move your question to a new thread? It seems to be unrelated to the issues in this thread. Once you do that we can respond on that new thread and so we can avoid hijacking asdf7’s thread.

    Thanks very much!
