My Tickets mobile experience

Hi,
I’ve got some issues with the forms on my mobile website.
How I can fix that?Also, there’s a problem with the cart. When a mobile user add some tickets to the cart and clicks on “View my cart”, the cart is empty. It’s only on mobile, on desktop it’s ok?
