My Topic Disappeared!

    I posted this here about an hour ago and favorited it. Now it seems to have disappeared and it’s not appearing in my Favorites!

    I wanted to know if I already have WP 2.7.1 running, can I install WPMU and still retain everything I’ve already set up, all my posts and configurations and plugins etc.? Or does WPMU have to be installed totally separately from an existing WP installation?

  • I’d suppose you need to put it in a different folder than your existing WordPress install.

    The MU forums might answer that differently though:

    Yeah, I’ve looked at their forums and couldn’t find anything on this particular topic. So I guess I should install it in a separate directory and use a separate database too, huh?
