My Translates Problem

  • Hi
    Many Plugins and themes are not translated in my languages
    i translate it myself and upload in languages folder in plugin or theme folder
    but when update plugin/theme to new version, my translate will be lost ??
    how can i keep translates without back up them?

    must copy translation plugin files to
    wp-content/languages/plugins/
    and themes languages files to
    wp-content/languages/themes/
