my turn on Builder is not showing up

  • hello recently logged into my admin to check out my website and do some editing, but when i visited my website my turn on builder and the other tools in that section don’t show up on my home page or anywhere else. the only place it shows up is if i click on my account is when turn on builder bar shows up. the only thing i worked on before this was upgrading my Host plan and adding SG optimizer and some of its features. i recently deleted the plugin to see if that was the issue but still nothing is showing up on any of my pages except my account page. can i have someone help me

    Also try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Twenty, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
