My url isn't working

Make sure you’ve uploaded wordpress to main website folder. You still have such address in urls:

https://www.magniworkk.com/home/

Try to change siteurl to https://www.magniworkk.com/ using this guide:
https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Changing_The_Site_URL

I’m self hosting on DreamHost and installed WordPress there with a one-click, so it’s not on my hard drive.

Of course it’s not. Your wordpress is somewhere on the server’s hard drive. You can see where using file manager in control panel or FTP. It should be in main website folder (like public_html). If you have wordpress in /home/ folder, then you should reinstall it manually (without one click install). To accomplish that follow the steps here:

I don’t get very far until it’s over me head. I’ve attempted to read it several times already. I don’t know what it’s saying.

Make that over “my” head.

It allows you to set WordPress to take over your main domain whilst still leaving it in a sub-folder. The only other option is moving WordPress – which is far more complex. These are the only options available. If they are beyond you, then you may wish to consider employing a professional to carry out the work for you.

What does still leaving it in a sub-folder mean? What sub-folder would it be, and where would it be – on my webhosts server?
