My users can’t update profile photos

Hello,

When I first launched my website, users were able to upload their profile pictures freely, but then I installed w3 super cache on my website and I started getting the error:

“Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2019/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

I’m not sure if w3 total cache is the problem though but I think it’s a problem from the directory because I know ultimate member doesn’t store uploads in the wp/uploads/2019/01 folder.

Uploads directly into my wp media library works well but profile pictures on ultimate member doesn’t allow uploads.

Please help.
