My Visual text ribbon disappeared

    Hi Guys,
    I’m using Zippy Courses plugin for WordPress in order to build my website with online courses. I uploaded a picture on my Main Page that would serve as a button but not long time after my text ribbon completely disappeared. I see only the tabs “visual” and “text” but whichever tab I click on nothing happens. I tried to clear browsing data, cache…. I deleted even the pictures from the Media list but they still actually appear on the main site. I can’t really click on anything on that page if I try to edit (except for menu etc… settings).
    Can you help me figure out what can I do?

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
