    To whom this may concern:
I loved using the watson app lite. It was a great api/plugin for wordpress, but about a month ago my watson conversation plugin broke, I know a little bit of programming and tried looking at the code but could not understand what broke. If I may I am receiving the following errors in my wordpress when I go to the watson conversation plugin. the following errors are placed on top of my wordpress admin:

Warning: array_map(): Argument #2 should be an array in /home2/virtuec5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/conversation-watson/includes/frontend.php on line 148

Warning: vsprintf(): Too few arguments in /home2/virtuec5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/conversation-watson/includes/frontend.php on line 20

Warning: vsprintf(): Too few arguments in /home2/virtuec5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/conversation-watson/includes/frontend.php on line 21

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home2/virtuec5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/conversation-watson/includes/frontend.php on line 23

Warning: vsprintf(): Too few arguments in /home2/virtuec5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/conversation-watson/includes/frontend.php on line 27

I tried to reset my watson conversation but my user name and password is impossible to reset. I tried deactivation and deleting my watson conversation plugin and reinstalling but that didnt work. I cleared my cache and deactivated my total w3 cache and purged my cache a few times and that didnt work. I would love to have my watson plugin working again. any help would very much be appreciated. thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi,

This appears to be an issue with the color you have set in the Appearance tab of the plugin settings. There should be a color picker if you have WordPress version 3.5 or greater. However, if entered manually, this value needs to be a hex code in the following format: #ffffff where f can be any valid hex digit. Please check to see what this setting is set to.

    Regards,
    Cognitive Class
