My web sites links are not displaying on the page

    I am new to wordpress so please bare with me on my ignorance.
    I am running a Twenty Eleven child theme.

    I tried disabling all the plugins but that had no effect.

    I have looked and looked for what might cause this issue to no avail. On both my localhost and the on live site that I am working on I cannot get my links to show up. Here is a link to a https://heavenerchamber.com/wordpress/?page_id=27 where I have a link next to the Days Inn but nothing shows up to click. I looked at the source code and it is in the code but not visible when you view it.

    All help is very welcome.

    Are you doing this to make a link:

    type the text to make into a link
    highlight the text
    click link button
    enter the URL
    click Add Link
