My website background with IE problems

Again :/ there must be a script hidden somewhere on my page. The biggest help I could do with now is somebody telling me what I need to back p and how to do it.

I have ratings on my site that I wish to keep, also comments, will these be salvageable?

It is often more than just one file. The bottom link is one of several sites that will clean it for you if you want.

Thanks kmessinger, I found further instances of the malicious script. They have been removed and I have changed permissions for the areas they were trying to embed themselves in. All seems to be ok at the moment, I’ll give it a further 24hrs. If all is still fine, I’ll consider the threat resolved.
