• Hello, my website broke after last plugin update. Critical errors started to appear with the layout of my edumall tutor theme. I tried switching themes and plugins but some layout errors remain with boxes breaking alignment in mobile.

I don’t want to lose all my content. Is it possible to migrate my courses and students to another tutor site? Please help me. I’ve been using tutor for over a year and these errors only appeared in the last 24 hours. I don’t want to miss my courses.

  • Just downgrade the plugin. And should’ve backed up your site before updating.

I am reporting the problem because it happened. It wasn’t just me. This helps the community understand where the problems happened. To fix and improve

I keep daily backups. But during a day there are many changes that can happen. An instructor can spend all day writing his course and suddenly everything breaks down. As my updates are automatic, the site was down for a long time. But I already got support from the team and the problem was caused by the 2.0 update on some themes.

Can you help by telling me where to find the downgrade file? Is there an official place where you can get each version for people who haven’t the version before 2.0? Thank you

    Dear @maskfabric @xabdu

I am very sorry for the issue. Can you please tell me which theme you are using and also did you override Tutor LMS templates. If you override Tutor templates, then you need to update those templates. Also, you can check your website with a different theme. Because we update many things on Tutor 2.0 but a few themes author still now didn’t update their theme for Tutor 2.0.

From here you can download the old version https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/tutor.1.9.16.zip
