My website desktop view is fine but in Mobile keeps crashing

    I have a WordPress website, When I test it on the desktop view, everything works properly fine but when I test it on my iPhone & iPad, it will load but then it keeps crashing when I scroll and it says “Aw Snap”. I’m using Safari and Google Chrome. I tried to check in the Error Log in Cpanel and there is no server issue or anything. Please help. Thank you so much!!

    1. I use Chrome and had no problem accessing your site. I would clear browser cache in Chrome/Safari and see if that helps.
    2. sometimes it occurs because of an extension or plugin, in case of that, I would suggest trying the Incognito Window.

    Hi.

    Did you try to scroll down and up to the homepage, using your iPhone? Because when I’m using my phone, it keeps saying Aw, Snap! Btw I’m using incognito in Google Chrome.

    Sorry for the trouble. I found the same issue. Could you disable your Netropack and Security plugin and let me know how that goes? ??

    Still the same, I disable them, when I try on my iPhone, it says “Aw, Snap!”, “Can’t open this page” im out of options now. haha

    Hi, I found the issue of my problem. The plugin called Popup Maker causes my site to crash on ios mobile, cause the update of WordPress is not compatible with the popup maker.
