my website disappeared

    I was working on my site a few nites ago. Updating , adding plugins,etc.
    Went back next morning to review comments on blogroll,then went to dashboard to view my site , and page is blank.

    Went thru my browser to see my site and it is all messed up. Content missing, header missing. Things scattered everywhere. HELP !

    I am not tech savvy,most help forums speak a jargon that is completely foreign to me, therefore I am unable to follow directions given.
