• Hi,

I’m having an issue. I’ve been editing my site by using local WPEngine and Flywheel to create a new cleaning website. At first, the local host name was localhost something. When I was ready to change the https name, and actually get the name of my company “PrestigeCleaning” the whole thing changed. Now I can’t find all my edits (since my site was almost done). Not just that, I can’t also log in to my credential because when I try to log in it tells me invalid credentials and I see a different company That I didn’t create. This one: https://prestigecleaning.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fprestigecleaning.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fuser%2F&reauth=1

When I decided to changed the https name, I had to click “save changes” but when I did it asked to singed in which I did but it says “invalid credentials”

What did I do wrong ? maybe the name of the company already exist?

Does anybody in your department, can do a zoom meeting or a phone call. I am very confuse and this is taking me for ever.

  • ? maybe the name of the company already exist?

    Is this website https://prestigecleaning.com/ yours?

Or did you just put in that address because it’s the name of your company, even though you don’t own the domain name or website address?

Even if the address did not exist already, you still have to purchase the domain name and properly configure it — before you can use it!

The free WordPress software used by millions of websites is developed and supported by volunteers around the world, and it’s simply impractical for these volunteers to provide that level of one-on-one support.

Contact your hosting provider for help, if your hosting plan includes that level of support. Otherwise, consider hiring a professional to do this for you, or at least jump on the zoom call with you and walk you through the process. https://jobs.wordpress.net/

    Good luck!
