My website is completely down other than homepage

Hey Guys,
I’m kinda in a rough spot and have no idea what I did to mess it up. I was messing with google webmaster tools and trying to input some tracker item to verify my web address. Turns out I copied and pasted the item, then clicked on update and now any time I cilck on anything i get this:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/amayaca/public_html/wp-content/themes/responsive/functions.php on line 2

If I go to https://www.lyfesync.com my website home page shows but all the links show the above error. The only screen i can see at this time through my admin is header.php and it shows the infomration below. I was trying to type in the google webmaster information in functions.php. I am afraid of closing out my dashboard window that I have open since the information below is the only thing i can see and click update on. Additionally, even if I go to wwww.lyfesync.com/wp-admin/ , it does not work. Thank you and I hope it’s nothing crazy. : /
