My website is down

  • Hi I try to update my website and it is down now

    I’d try removing then reinstalling the astra addon plugin. Try deleting it via FTP or your hosting control panel’s file manager app. Delete wp-content/plugins/ashtra-addon. Then, download a new copy of that plugin from its original source, unzip locally, and upload the remaining directory to wp-content/plugins to restore the plugin.

    Was about to say – You can login via FTP or on the web, go to the includes folder > plugins > and delete the astra addon plugin in there.

    Alternatively, you should have received an email to login “safe mode” go to the admin dashboard > plugins and disable the plugin in there.
