My website is gone

  • Hi, I cannot open my website mylifetastes.com. Moreover, I cannot log in to my www.ads-software.com account so I had to make a new one.

    I wasn’t active on my website for a couple of months and I forgot to renew my hosting plan which is Hawkhost. I renewed it three days ago. In terms of my domain, I bought it at namecheap.com and I renew it annually on time.

    When I search for my website on google, it shows up. However, I cannot open it (it says “the internet can’t find the server”).

  • You will want to contact your webhost for this. Make sure your domain is pointed to their nameservers, and make sure your files are still hosted with them. Usually if your account is inactive and your hosting plain is unpaid, your files are deleted.

    Hi,

    I have already contacted my webhost. It said I wouldn’t lose any of my data. My nameservers were updated two days ago as well, but I can’t still open my website, and moreover, I can’t log in to WordPress Admin. The username and password are correct.
