My website is gone

Did you make any changes to cause the problem.

Follow this instructions so that you can have twentyten theme open.
Using ftp or server deactivating all plugins by renaming the plugins folder to plugins-hold and create a blank plugins folder to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, and you have logged in in admin go back to ftp and delete plugins folder you created and rename original back to plugins and re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

– switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

My website JGLewis.com is gone. It has been replaced by a picture of a blond woman weating a backpack, but the site name is still JGLewis.com. I paid for this site. I want it back, with all its content. I want it now!

I did not to my knowledge make any changes. I am not computer savvy enough to monkey around with the settings. Will somebody at www.ads-software.com please do something about this? It is irritating that I have no way of contacting an actual person to deal with this problem.

JG Lewis, start a new thread instead of using this one. Your problem has nothing to do with the original one.
