    My website has been getting an error and it hasn’t been downloading

    it says 504 gateway time out, and I had some clients who told they are getting the same error

    Hmmm…. Check with your host. Are you doing anything fancy like reverse proxy?

    The your host is the best bet. Also, check any logs you can find.

    Is it on all pages of the front end it happens on? Is it the admin area they encounter that? I’d say take a look at any and all logs available, you can reach out to your hosting company and they can show you where those reside.
