My website is suddenly zoomed in and the main menu is repeated

  • Hi everyone!

    I don’t know exactly what happened. Today I just opened my website tradechile.cl and it was zoomed in without any evident reason. Also the header image looks shrunken and the main menu is repeated on top of the header. I can even zoom out manually (Ctrl -) and the website looks fine (except for the header image and main menu), but in 100% it looks like the browser is zoomed in. Also seems that the changes I’ve made in a child theme (the colors of the menus) were reverted… or the child theme is just not working.

    Until Friday everything was working fine but today… this. I also tried deactivating the plugins but is still the same. Something strange is that if I see the live preview of the theme in the Themes section in the dashboard, the website looks fine (except for the menu, and the header image size).

    Any ideas?

    Hi we have made a big update of the theme and something is changed. I see you have premium version of the theme so please send us a support ticket from your account page.

    I see, so it is actually a change in the theme (I was afraid it was some error in my website). I’ve just changed to the original theme (not the child theme) and the “zoom” effect disapeared. So I think I’ll just make a new child theme.

    Is the additional menu on top part of those changes too?
