    Hi,

    I am using Colinear theme and I love it. However, I tried to fix the white space appear on the top for a week by myself and did research and also ask some support but this problem still happen. there is a big white space between menu bar and head images. i try to use many devices all show the same result, the white space still there. please help me to fix this.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply. Here are the screenshots. I wonder now the white space run to below the image. before it is above images.I use macbook pro, laptop HP, iphone 7plus, iphone 6, Sony Z3, Oppo. all show the same result. I also ask my niece in another country to check and screenshot for me. also the same result.

    anyway, when you first click on the website it is ok but when you click any link or any title or refresh you will see that space. Fro browsers, i try chrome, safari, also firefox.

    when you first click on the website it is ok but when you click any link or any title or refresh you will see that space

    This is the important detail.

    If I refresh I can see it, but it’s not the theme doing this. That white space is being caused by a Google Ads iframe that’s being inserted, likely by one of the ads plugins you have installed on your site. Except, that iframe does not contain any content, so it appears as a white space.

    Please contact support for the ads plugin you’re using to insert ads on your site to help you figure out why ads aren’t loading. Or else, disable that plugin, and the issue should disappear.
