My Website totally crushed with Code Snippets

I using this plugin since long time but today i added one code after that my entire website crushed with error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘, expecting end of file in /home/tsempkbe/public_html/apemployees.in/wp-content/plugins/code-snippets/php/snippet-ops.php(446) : eval()’d code on line 1

then i deleted plugin from directory and again installed but same issued crashing my website how to solve this issue
