My website updates aren’t showing when checked on incognito window

Lately I’ve been having problems with my website. Images were not showing up because it had my old domain link then I used a plugin called better search replace , that plugin seemed to bring back my images and replaced the old links but not all of them.
When I check my website on chrome incognito window, my updates aren’t showing up. I replaced some images, on my header I changed the email to email deleted.com but when you inspect it, it says mailto:email also deleted . On the top right my “hire us” text is supposed to send us to /contacts but instead it takes me to https://testwp.bloomfieldnetworks.com/contacts/?_ga=2.43679020.885952892.1660800740-1650222746.1660329958 same thing with my “free quote” button.
