Websites wrongly marked as commercial

    I have 2 websites; both of them are non commercial but i got mail from Jetpack to pay. A week ago i send a mail to support as asked by jetpack itself after check. But i got not answer.

    Since they want to stop free support on august 5, action is needed.

    Reason after test is : ’Promotion of Service’. What service? What promotion? It’s just an informal website with no commercial purpose.

    What to do?

    Websites: https://www.thepalio.eu + https://www.palio.be (and probably in near future since they do it on every website with jetpack https://www.palioapp.com and https://palio.palio.be)

    Update: i can’t get Jetpack Stats in non commercial mode on all 4 websites
