HELP—- I have been using www.ads-software.com to build my site and everything was fine for months, then all of a sudden my site vanished. When I attempt to log into www.ads-software.com it tells me that there is no account with my email address, but in my gmail inbox, it shows that I was receiving emails from Yeost concerning my www.ads-software.com website with the last email being received on Feb. 28. I had to create a new account in order to access this forum, but it is attached to the exact same email, [redacted]— PLEASE HELP, I HAVE INVESTED OVER 200 HOURS INTO THE BUILDING OF MY SITE AND NOW IT’S JUST GONE!!!

It has been showing a parked page for a while now, I have been in touch with my domain provider multiple times and they have found nothing, so I reached out on WordPress.com’s forum for help and was given a response of my site having been hosted by www.ads-software.com and was provided a link with a sing in option. When I had tried to go directly to https://www.www.ads-software.com there was not any option to log in, only to download WordPress, and I have done that multiple times and still was unable to log in or access any of my stuff.

Your site’s login and these forums do not share accounts. Your login on your site will not work here and your login here will not work on your site.

Your website seems to be hosted by GoDaddy and since your domain (most likely purchased at GoDaddy as well) points to a parked page, I’d say that there’s something wrong with DNS or your hosting package expired. Anyway in order to fix the issue you should first contact GoDaddy’s support.

I have been in touch with GoDaddy, they were never my hosting solution, I used www.ads-software.com for my hosting.

Grace: www.ads-software.com does not host sites (other than www.ads-software.com’s own sites). If you had a self-hosted wordpress site, it was hosted elsewhere.

If you didn’t host at GD, you should have some record of payment for your hosting. If you can find that, you’ll know where you used to be hosted.
