My whole staff list disappeared.

    Well, this is frustrating.

    I reached out about a month ago because the list was sorting incorrectly. You all resolved that issue, which was great.

    I just checked the page, and the whole list is gone, and the placeholder for Lucile Bluth was on our live page.

    I’ve removed Lucile Bluth and re-added my .csv, but now I have the same problem I had before where the list is sorting incorrectly.

    I’d like to know where my old list went, why it disappeared, and what I can do to make sure that never happens again. I’d also like this list to be sorting properly again.

    Hello @mskwarwsd

    We would like to learn more about the problem(s) you’re experiencing. Did the issue occur when you updated the plugin, or did you deactivate? Deactivating will remove StaffList tables, where your data is stored.

    Hey @era404 okay, that explains why the list disappeared! I did disable/re-enable the plugin while troubleshooting an unrelated error.

    The issue of the list not being sorted by the department appears to have resolved itself as well… Sorry! It looks like this ticket can be closed.
