    This is the third time I am complaining about this. I received an order 10 days ago, and the payment deposit has not yet transferred to my bank account. Everything else seems okay; I haven’t received any disputes, my payments are enabled, and deposits are showing as automatic. However, I have not received any payment in my bank account. It still shows an available balance of $33. Why have you not transferred it yet? I also raised a case, and my case number is [insert your case number 8069817, but you guys have not replied, as always.

    Can you please share more details about this? Is your store US based or any other country? Please keep in mind that the payout schedule varies depending on this. Additionally, besides the default waiting time, the first deposit for all new accounts is sent after a seven-day waiting period. This delay is necessary for risk mitigation and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

    Since you mention it’s been 10 days, I’m sure the payout time and the new accounts 7 day waiting period should be about to complete soon.

    i already received 3 deposits in initial phase this is my 4th deposit and.you are delaying this and yes my US bank is attached with this

    Thank you so much. We can understand much better now. To learn a bit more of the issue, let’s focus on a couple of things now:

    Please check your Deposit schedule by going to Payments → Settings → Deposits and tell us, is it set to Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Unavailablle? Please share a screenshot from it!

    On occasion,?automatic deposits?to your bank account may be suspended, deactivated, or disabled. This can happen for several reasons, including:

    • Disputes from customers have seen a rapid or substantial increase.
    • Your account was flagged for manual review due to irregular activity.
    • Our?payments partner, Stripe, has found other issues with your account.

    When a suspension occurs on an active account, you should receive an email with information about the issue, either from the WooPayments team or Stripe. Please respond to this email with the required information to resume deposits.

    If you did not receive an email, or have other questions, please?let us know as you have an open ticket already, it can be handled over there.

    It may also help to access your Stripe Express account and see if any information is missing there. If it is, you’ll see an alert in the Stripe dashboard like this:

    Providing whatever information is missing will help resolve the problem faster.

    its does not showing any restrictions its saying every thing is ok, as well as its not showing my upcoming deposit date. Its already 10 days done i don’t received any dispute nothing else. as you can see in screenshot
